San Sebastian Gastronomika 2015 : Hong Kong and Singapore.

Last year, about 12.500 people visited San Sebastián Gastronomika Show. It is time now to focus on this new edition which will take place from the 4th to the 7th of October 2015 in The Kursaal Congress with as special guests Hong Kong and Singapore.

Hong Kong

This year, the main programme will be Asian gastronomy. The best Chefs of Euskadi and of the rest of Spain will be present with a very special selection of Chefs who will represent Asian cuisine.

Singapore and Hong Kong represent very well the huge variety of this Gastronomy. Two differents worlds in the same culture: you will enjoy deluxe food as well as street food.

The sum of Western influence and traditional Asian dishes offers an extraordinary gastronomy that you will love: a culture transmitted in the best dishes. Asian Chefs will interpret these customs during the numerous Cooking Show which will take place during the three days of the fair trade San Sebastian Gastronomika 2015.

Once Again, the Kursaal will turn into Paradise for food lovers.

Visitors will enjoy conferences about Asian theme and will learn new techniques used by this ancestral culture.

In this edition, Quesería la Antigua de Fuentesaúco will be there as sponsor, and once again, we want to show that it exists thousand ways to use cheese in cooking.

We will be there in the Market area, where we will present our products and of course you will enjoy it thanks to degustation. The area is evolving and will welcome 120 companies and its guest product, spanish ham.
