SIAL PARIS 2016
As you already know, La Antigua de Fuentesaúco will be present at the very famous Trade Fair SIAL. From the 16th to the 20th of October, the company will demonstrate to the French leader that Spain is also part of the game. As we explained in the previous article, you will find us in the Pavilion 7, Path AB. Our stand is the number 182. But why would you come to visit us? First, we are pretty sure you love cheese. The trade fair SIAL is the place to be for you. Dairy products are very well represented there. In 2014, 437 exhibitors were presented dairy products. About 80% of them are foreigners.

But what types of cheeses you will find there? First, sheep cheeses from our La Antigua de Fuentesaúco of course. Would you like to taste sheep cheese maturated with white truffle from the Italian Piemonte? This is exactly what we will present you there and many others 🙂
But you will also find other cheeses from Spain. For example, the company Spanish Cheese SL. will present its cheeses made with buffalo raw milk. Our compatriot will be there also for presenting the very famous Manchego. The Spanish company, GB Artesanos Gastronomicos will explain you how to blend cheeses with fruits, dry fruits, spices… As you know very well, we love very special blends at La Antigua. We have sheep cheeses with black pepper, oregano, paprika, rosemary…

In its case, Allanando Corporation Alimentaria will show you its goat cheeses, sheep cheeses and cow cheeses. But of course, and this is the aim of the trade fair, you will discover cheeses from whole world. At La Antigua, we like to learn and to know as much as we can about cheeses. Therefore, if you join us there, we will discover together cheeses not only from France but also from Germany, from Czech Republic, from Poland, from Belgium, from Mexico, from Swiss…
In total, the trade fair SIAL welcomed 6500 exhibitors from 104 countries in 2014. What surprised everybody there during the previous edition was our packaging: innovative and different. This is exactly what the event planner was looking for. You have to know that the key word during this event is Innovation. At La Antigua, we love challenges.
