Always remember those pastoralists who traveled long roads with their herds. The brand RIBERIEGO remember those shepherds and their sheep who did not practice transhumance, remaining in their usual place of grazing along the banks of rivers, doing the hard work of field.

From the milk of their “riberiegas”, obtained the luxurious delicacy that was the basis of family meals for the long evenings of harvest. We want every bite of our cheese RIBERIEGO be a memory of that part of our history.
