A gran reserva cheese also known as hard cheese, preserving the most traditional flavor. With more than 12 months of maturation we can observe in it a hardness typical of the passing of the months and its loss of whey, as well as its intense aroma and flavor. It is carefully elaborated, allowing a correct evolution of flavors and aroma, with mold bloom, which contributes to achieve the usual flavor and gives it its distinctive character, without artificial ingredients, which reminds us of the cheeses that are matured in cellars.
