  2. Take two sheets of filo pastry out of the package, glaze one of them and cover it with the other, giving another layer of butter on top. Cut into triangles with a sharp knife.
  3. Place a dollop of Creamy Cake on the wide area of each triangle and roll up to finish with the apex in the center.
  4. Carefully crush the ends of the sticks so that they are closed and the cheese does not escape in the oven.
  5. Brush the sticks with the egg yolk and bake for 5 to 7 minutes, until the filo pastry is golden brown and crispy.
  6. Cut the dulce de membrillo into small pieces and place one on top of each stick to serve immediately.
