The Tartufo cured sheep cheese is matured for approximately 5 months in the best atmospheric conditions, enhancing all the aromas as the cheese loses its initial humidity. The truffle is added directly to the milk, no aromas, oils or essences are used, giving this raw milk sheep’s cheese unique characteristics.

Made from raw sheep’s milk, the Tempranillo cheese, aged over 12 months, has been ripened with the skins of the Tempranillo grape.
A production limited to the harvest season, makes this sheep’s cheese one of the most demanded and appreciated by expert cheese lovers. A cheese with history, because there is no better combination than a good cheese with a good wine, especially if they are from the same land. The best combination in a unique bite.
