20 years Contigo: This is our present

Looking back, one is amazed at how quickly time passes.

20 years is nothing, Grandma Claudia would say. A multitude of stories, experiences and moments that remain engraved in the retina have passed through his eyes.

Our past generations lived life, they did just that, they lived life. Now we suffer when our cell phone battery runs out and we are not able to record the present without realizing that we forget to live it.

This is the present, 20 years with you and we do not want to forget them, so we remember them together with you, who in one way or another are part of our family.

Life has changed so much… Who would have thought that a company that started with two or three employees would have a team of more than thirty professionals? Few of us imagined that, from such a natural product, so much from the countryside, from its origin and roots, we could obtain a gourmet product that would stand out in the most multitudinous events… That round cheese is what has made us aspire to a promising future without losing our present, our identity. A story of effort, passion and sacrifice in which we believe and for which we continue to bet, both the Fregeneda Family and the Cruz Family. We are linked to the land, to know-how and to the recovery of the flavors of origin.

This is how our past began, but it is time to face our present.

The present has given us a headache, admittedly. We have had to implement plan B without knowing many times what the guidelines of this plan were, in fact, we did not know very well if it existed, but what does not exist in our company, is invented, and that is what we did. Reinvent yourself or die, “You have to change with the times”.

Changes? Renewal? Reinventing yourself? Voila

Quesería La Antigua faces in its 20th anniversary the transformation project of the Cheese Factory that is moving forward with firm steps to be a reality very soon, with the aim of continuing to provide a quality and personalized service to our customers. The project proposes, among other improvements, the construction of a warehouse for the conservation of our cheese, with a constructed area of 1,654m² on the first floor and 344m² on the second floor. Dreams are not fulfilled, dreams are worked for.

This is now our present without forgetting what is really important, to continue with the tradition, culture and heritage of a territory. We work in defense of small dairy farmers and the original and authentic flavors of raw sheep’s milk cheeses.

We create experiences that excite and awaken the memories and sensations of those who live them, and that will last forever in their memory. This is how we will reach our future, a future with its own name, with a change of generation that will ensure the link with nature, the defense of quality raw materials, the protection of the breed, the territory and the dairy culture.
