Description

This cured cheese has been matured with Pimentón de la Vera paprika in its rind. Made with raw sheep’s milk, natural rind and a unique flavor.

Paprika is one of the most appreciated condiments in traditional cooking, it has important antioxidant effects and produces an increase in defenses against free radicals. It has been shown to lower cholesterol and triglycerides, and has anti-carcinogenic effects.

Although it is a sweet paprika, when combined with the ripening and flavor of sheep cheese, it acquires a slight spicy flavor, which will remain on your palate.
