We are excited to share with you our participation in the world’s largest food and beverage trade fair: Anuga, which takes place in Cologne, Germany, from October 7 to 11, 2023.
Anuga is the place where all corners of the food and beverage world come together. With 10 specialized fairs, this is a real feast for food lovers. The most exciting innovations and current and future trends in the food industry are presented here. It is a meeting point where all those who do not know us yet can see that our passion is to create exceptional cheeses from sheep’s milk.
Our booth is located in Hall 10.1, “DAIRY B-080a. Here, we are proudly showing our cheeses made with the passion and dedication that endorses us. For us, La Antigua is not just a cheese factory; it is a reflection of the craziness and the spark that characterizes us.
Our history is that of two visionaries who dreamed of carrying out a unique gourmet project, and that dream has become a reality thanks to teamwork and the constant desire to improve ourselves; because in La Antigua, we not only manufacture cheese; we create experiences that are engraved in the memory. We love to participate in these types of fairs because they are an opportunity to teach and learn at the same time.
