Black Pepper Cured Sheep Cheese

Description

Cured cheese with black pepper inside, made with raw sheep’s milk, raw material selected from herds of native breeds that perform traditional grazing. It belongs to the range of specialties, products with spices inside, which is made by adding black peppercorns during the elaboration process. In this way the whole paste acquires a more intense and easily recognizable odor and flavor.

It is a cheese matured between 4 and 6 months, with controlled temperature and humidity to obtain unique pieces. Using only natural ingredients, valuing quality and taking into account the origin of raw materials.

Tasting: To be consumed at a moderate temperature. We recommend cutting it into wedges to
appreciate the flavor of the black pepper inside.

Ingredients: raw sheep’s milk, natural rennet, salt,
black pepper, and lactic ferments.

Maturation: 4-6 months.
