The theme of this year’s edition will be “The taste of meadows“, highlighting the importance of pastures and grass as the true origin of all cheese. The healthiest and tastiest cheeses come from pasture-raised animals, and this philosophy will be reflected at the fair. Visitors will have the opportunity to discover a wide variety of cheeses and local specialties, from Gorgonzola and Grana Padano from Lombardy to Pecorino Siciliano and Mozzarella di Bufala Campana from southern Italy, but also other international cheeses.
