Cheese 2023 is the leading international event dedicated to artisanal cheeses and dairy products. Organized jointly by Slow Food and the City of Bra, this fourteenth edition will be held in the city of Bra, Italy, from September 15 to 18, 2023.

The Quesería La Antigua team will not miss this appointment, we will bring the most attractive cheeses so that no one is left without tasting our quality and affection deposited in each of our sheep cheeses.

The theme of this year’s edition will be “The taste of meadows“, highlighting the importance of pastures and grass as the true origin of all cheese. The healthiest and tastiest cheeses come from pasture-raised animals, and this philosophy will be reflected at the fair. Visitors will have the opportunity to discover a wide variety of cheeses and local specialties, from Gorgonzola and Grana Padano from Lombardy to Pecorino Siciliano and Mozzarella di Bufala Campana from southern Italy, but also other international cheeses.

We attended this fair because we share the values they bring, the love for the countryside and the good treatment that must be given to the animals, both for their welfare and to improve the quality of the raw material we use to make our cheeses. Love and passion for this primary sector that gives us everything we need to survive.

We treat all cheeses as if they were our children. love, pampering and passion with which they are traditionally made, makes them have an exceptional quality, for this reason we do not want you to stay without trying it, will be in this fair where you will be able to buy and taste some of our best cheeses, such as, for example, the Fuentesaúco Fleecean aged cheese with Zamora’s denomination of origin and exceptional quality.
