Chia is a plant that comes from Central America and the seeds, those we eat, are rich in carbohydrates, fiber, vitamins and minerals. But above all, they are an important source of Omega 3, and in order to take advantage of 100% of the fatty acid, the seed must be ground or chewed.

Quinoa, on the other hand, is considered a pseudo-cereal since it can be consumed as such. It has Andean origin and is mainly known for being an excellent vegetable protein. It is also an excellent source of carbohydrates, very high in protein.

This seed provides almost 100% of our body’s iron needs, improves energy metabolism due to its high content of B vitamins, and protects the heart by helping to improve cholesterol.

Chia and Quinoa are in more and more homes and, why not in our cheeses? And what is more important, also Lactose Free!
