There are countless recipes in which we find cheese as the main product: pasta dishes, sauces, pies… But less often, we see desserts with cheese, that’s what we are going to talk about today!
This post is ideal for those with a sweet tooth, who can’t miss a sweet dessert, and for those people who love cheese. In fact, we think that desserts with cheese give a special touch that leaves no one indifferent.

Let’s start with a typical, I’m sure the first one that has come to mind for many of you : cheesecake!
You can add a different touch if you use Cured Cheese, its characteristic strong flavor accompanied by a sweet touch we love. Although the semi-cured cheese also gives it a great flavor.
This dessert can also be made with many accompaniments, you can add cookie, jam or different types of fruit.
Another of our favorites is flan. A typical dessert, but the best pleasures are found in the simplest things. How can you not enjoy that creamy touch with a coffee after lunch… it’s incredible!
For its preparation you can use Cured cheese or Tartufo, sure you will not regret it.
We also know that many people prefer custard. Although cheese is not used in this dish, it can be added…. do you know how?
