In this case, it is the Shepherd’s Hut, a tribute to all those shepherds who have shepherds who make it possible for us to be here today. Looking to the future without forgetting the origin. We also want to thank all our team, from the milk collectors to our cheese masters, including all the guys in the factory, administration and quality… one more year YOU ARE THE MILK!
As we were saying, this year, our stand goes beyond the ordinary. We have transformed it into an authentic Shepherd’s Hut! We want to make you feel how important is for us the role of the shepherd, a fundamental part for the extraordinary quality of the milk with which we work in the elaboration of our cheeses.
But if our stand is great, what about the Summum that we have launched at the Alimentaria 2024 Fair? THE ZURRÓN. On this occasion we wanted to pay tribute to the shepherds and the tradition that defines us and that is where El Zurrón comes from: the faithful companion of the shepherds, which keeps more than just utensils inside. It is the symbol of a life dedicated to the land, the link between man and the countryside, the essence of tradition and adventure.
We invite you to visit us at the Alimentaria 2024 Fair to come to our Cabaña del Pastor and discover the authentic taste of our cheeses! We are in the PREMIUM ZONE OF ALIMENTARIA. We will be there on March 18, 19, 20 and 21. It will be a pleasant meeting place for the food industry. Here ideas are shared, innovation is inspired and valuable connections are created.
