Not even a month ago we presented the awards to our shepherds and on November 9th we are going back to the gala. In this case to the Gala “Premios a la Hosteleria de Salamanca” held at the Hotel Doña Brigida. Castilla y León produces 65% of the total sheep’s milk in Spain, most of which is destined for the production of sheep’s cheese. For this reason, from Gestión Agro Ganadera and Quesería La Antigua de Fuentesaúco we set as our objectives, to value these products so important for our economy and as a consequence to create a “dairy culture”. You already know that we attend a multitude of events, but the events that are in Salamanca, in our land, with our people, and our products are the most important for us. Therefore, we could not miss this event, and as a consequence of our commitment to “what is ours”, we are the official sponsors of the gala. And being from Salamanca, being from Salamanca is a source of pride for us!
