We were already looking forward to feeling again in our bodies what a fair was like, and not just any fair, but a fair like Alimentaria, the largest food event and specifically Interlac, a must-attend event with innovation, the latest trends and the internationalization of the sector.
In these days, we have had time to visit many of these exhibitors (there are a total of 150 companies) that, in this edition, fill the 4,000 square meters of Interlac, the dairy products and derivatives show at Alimentaria 2022.

The Alimentaria Fair is an international event of reference for all professionals in the food, beverage and food service industry. In 2022 we are witnessing how Interlac has made possible the perfect union betweeninnovation and tradition within Alimentaria. In addition, the increase in exports means that the dairy products industry and its derivatives are gaining weight in the global agri-food sector. This is something we are very pleased about.
Interlac and Alimentaria Barcelona come to an end. They have been very intense days from which we always learn, where we make new contacts, where we strengthen the dairy sector. If there is no other pandemic, we will be back in two years. Interlac 2024 awaits us.
