Quesería La Antigua will be present at the 18th edition of the Salon du Fromage which will be held from February 25 to 27 in Paris. You can find us in hall 7.5 stand D082. The first meeting of the year, and we are delighted that it is so, to be able to start 2024 with an event in love with cheese and dairy products.
SALON DU FROMAGE
Biannual fair that brings together all professionals in the dairy sector, and aims to promote quality cheeses and products and those who make them; authenticity, flavor, know-how, terroir, innovation, coexistence and exchange are the words that best define this event.
Attendees visit their suppliers’ booths to discover and taste new products and attend the various events held at the fair.
The international and unmissable fair We have a space in La Antigua dedicated to show our sheep cheese and give it its place among the 290 exhibitors representing the sector, coming from 15 countries, among which we can highlight Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, Germany, United Kingdom and Spain.
A space dedicated to cheese, and in which we want to make a space for Zamorano cheese that with its roots and traditional roots will surely enchant the palates in these three days of fair in a country with a great cheese culture.
Our Fuentesaúco Fleece with Denomination of Origin Zamorano Cheese, made in an artisan way with raw milk from sheep of the Churra and Castellana breeds, pure and native breeds of the province, of recognized dairy aptitude.
And although the root and the Denomination of Origin are a great attraction, our more than 30 varieties open the doors to the most exquisite palates.
Sharing knowledge, emotions and flavors with the more than 8,000 visitors expected, including cream and cheese makers, refiners, chefs, importers and distributors, is always an enriching opportunity.
