Our lactose-free cured cheese is made with raw sheep’s milk, and matured for 4 to 6 months in the cellar at controlled temperature and humidity. It is a lactose-free cheese, but it keeps all the flavor of a traditional sheep cheese with no additives.
Pressed paste with intense flavor of raw sheep’s milk, creamy consistency and velvety taste very pleasant in the mouth. The final product is selected on the basis of both physical and organoleptic criteria. The best option to continue experiencing the authentic taste of raw sheep’s milk cheese, now without lactose.
