Merry Christmas and Happy New Year 2016!
One of the priorities for Gestión Agro Ganadera is the quality of the raw material, sheep’s milk; and taking care of our suppliers, the shepherds and farmers from whom we collect the milk from their sheep every day.
Therefore, this year’s big bet was on the recognition of their work and their daily work, with the presentation of an award to the traditional shepherd, and another to the new shepherds in the II International Cheese Cooking Congress that we organized last October in Peñaranda.
And precisely for this reason we thought they deserved all the prominence in our Christmas greeting.
