Pasteurized soft sheep cheese

Description

Very mild cheese, but retains all the flavor of freshly milked sheep’s milk. It brings to the palate fresh, smooth and pleasant flavors that will remind you of the fresh milk collected daily from the local herds. A maturation period of between 7 and 35 days.

This type of cheese has many functions, it is recommended to use it in snacks or to add it in cubes to salads, but it can be the great delicacy of your cheese board, and it has nothing to envy to the fresh cheeses for recipes.
