Quesería La Antigua will participate in the Masterchef camps.

The Antigua team thus continues its “Educa” project to show children how cheese is made.

The Masterchef camps have been adapted to the conditions of this particular summer, but that does not mean that the little cooking lovers are not going to have a good time. The organization has worked hard to create “fun, innovative and creative camps that seek to promote healthy lifestyle habits and develop the character and social skills of children through their passion for cooking”, as the organization assures.

On July 11, with the help of Zamorano chef Jonathan Garrote, the Quesería La Antigua team will travel to Burgos where they have prepared a fun and educational workshop for children to learn about all the properties of cheese and be able to make it themselves.

The La Antigua Educa program, was born in 2015 as a new experience so that The children learned about the cheese making process in a fun way. We have visited kindergarten, primary, secondary, high school and vocational training centers and now it is the turn of the Masterchef camps where we are sure that they will enjoy this cheese experience as much or even more”. says Sara Fregeneda, communications director of Quesería La Antigua and promoter of the workshops.

These camps, which take place throughout the month of July, have five different locations: two in Cerdanya, one in Cadiz, one in Valencia and one in Burgos.
