Aged cheese or hard cheese matured for more than twelve months with a layer of rosemary on its rind, which gives it aroma, flavor and color. After ripening with rosemary, they will merge to give the cheese an unparalleled aroma. Rosemary is a plant very rich in active principles and has numerous medicinal properties, such as antiseptic, depurative, stomach stimulant and diuretic.

As it is a cured cheese, it is recommended to stronch it so that it releases the fat in a different way.

Tasting: always consume at room temperature, take out of the cold one or two days before.
Cut into slices or stroncharlo to savor the rosemary. Ingredients: Raw sheep’s milk, natural rennet, salt, lactic ferments. Rosemary coated rind. Origin of the milk: Spain
