Semicured cheese Vaqueja blend

Description

A blended cheese, like those of the old days. With all the flavor of cow’s and sheep’s milk, pressed paste and hard rind.

This cheese is made with 90% cow’s milk and 10% sheep’s milk. Recalling that characteristic flavor of both breeds. Made with pasteurized milk, which makes it suitable for consumption during pregnancy.

eaten with jams or fresh fruits.

Ingredients: 100% raw cow’s milk, rennet, starter cultures
