This cheese is made with 90% cow’s milk and 10% sheep’s milk. Recalling that characteristic flavor of both breeds. Made with pasteurized milk, which makes it suitable for consumption during pregnancy.

eat with jams or fresh fruits. Ingredients: Pasteurized cow’s milk min. 80%, pasteurized sheep’s milk min. 5%, calcium chloride, rennet, salt and lactic ferments. Inedible rind, preservatives E-235 and E-202, coloring E-172. Origin of milk: Spain
