Traditional sheep cheese gran reserva

Description

A gran reserva cheese also known as hard cheese, preserving the most traditional flavor. With more than 12 months of maturation we can observe in it a hardness typical of the passing of the months and its loss of whey, as well as its intense aroma and flavor. It is carefully elaborated, allowing a correct evolution of flavors and aroma, with natural rind, with mold bloom, which contributes to achieve the traditional flavor and gives it its distinctive character, without artificial ingredients, reminiscent of the cheeses that are matured in cellars.

Tasting: To be consumed at room temperature, remove one hour before chilling.
We recommend stroncharlo to appreciate flavor and aromas own
of aged cheese.

Ingredients: raw sheep’s milk, natural rennet, salt, and
lactic ferments.

Maturation: +12 months.
