Every time we start to organize an event, there are millions of sensations that go through us from the first day. The same is happening with the V Congreso Cocina con Queso y Humor.
There are already
four congresses
and, as you can imagine, there are many moments that we cannot forget. But sometimes we ask ourselves, how did we get here?
When we started organizing the first one, we never thought that in 2018 we would be organizing the V with so much enthusiasm. It is something special, that’s why we are dedicating so much love and emotion to it.
With every event our nerves go out of control, there are so many things… Talk to suppliers, look for space, think about the surprises, the prizes, the guests… There are millions of things that go through our heads.
In previous years we held the congresses in Peñaranda de Bracamonte, where we were treated very well, we worked with great people and we have fond memories of them. Each one has its own special moment, its own anecdotes, its own tapas and its own presenter.
This year we have had to say “see you later” to Peñaranda because last year we were already short of space and therefore we had to look for a bigger place, so we could not leave anyone out. In addition, as you may know, this year is the 25th Anniversary of the Zamorano Cheese PDO, with which we have a special relationship, and this congress will also be a tribute.
But we’re not going to tell you much more, because otherwise the excitement is over and there are still a few days left to go. let the show begin. In the meantime, we continue thinking about how to surprise you, excite you and make you leave the V Congreso Cocina con Queso y Humor with a feeling that says “I don’t want to leave”.
To achieve this, we will have some exceptional companions who, without a doubt, will do their utmost to ensure that the next October 4 the Ramos Carrión Theater of Zamora does not close its doors without anyone drooling with laughter and tasting the wonderful tapas.
