Description
Cured cheese with saffron from La Mancha, made with raw sheep’s milk, raw material selected from herds of native breeds. It is matured in the cellar for 4 to 6 months, during which time the perfect balance of flavor is generated. This spice is infused during the manufacturing process with the raw sheep’s milk, and the strands we add give the cheese its characteristic color and saffron flavor.
