Matured between 7 and 35 days, it has a natural white rind, marked with the esparto grass girth pattern. When cut, it has medium-sized eyes on the inside spread over the entire surface. It has a buttery texture and is very pleasant in the mouth and light. It brings to the palate fresh, smooth and pleasant flavors that will remind you of that fresh milk collected directly from the herds that graze in the fields of Castilla y León.
What do you need, apart from a cheese delivery? This cheese, with all the flavor, but without any lactose, gluten or additives, is your best option.
