Aged sheep’s cheese with tempranillo

Description

Aged cheese or hard cheese, firm and compact paste with small eyes, made from raw sheep’s milk. Matured on the skins of Tempranillo grapes from vineyards in our region and harvested by hand. Hard rind, brownish color with well marked and defined pleita. Characteristic aromas and flavors persistent on the palate.

A cheese with history, because there is no better combination than a good cheese with a good wine, especially if they are from the same land. The best experience in a unique bite.

Antigua Tempranillo is a paradise where the fermentation of the grape and the cheese come together, achieving a very buttery texture, which almost melts in the mouth, we can even scrape it with a knife like butter. The aroma is intense, with hints of alcohol, due to the double fermentation.

savor the hints of wine and flavoring.

Ingredients: raw sheep’s milk, natural rennet, grape
tempranillo, salt and lactic ferments.
