Made with raw sheep’s milk and paprika flakes that give it a smoky, slightly spicy and long-lasting flavor in the mouth. Pressed paste in which we can see those paprika flakes. With an image that still maintains the essence of La Antigua but in a renewed form and a maturation period of between 9 and 12 months.
