Saffron Cured Sheep Cheese

Description

Cured cheese with saffron from La Mancha, made with raw sheep’s milk, raw material selected from herds of native breeds. It is matured in the cellar for 4 to 6 months, during which time the perfect balance of flavor is generated. This spice is infused during the manufacturing process with the raw sheep’s milk, and the strands we add give the cheese its characteristic color and saffron flavor.

Quality raw materials are chosen for the elaboration of our cheeses, following our philosophy of using only natural ingredients. Valuing the quality and taking into account the origin of the same.

Tasting: to be consumed at room temperature. We recommend cutting it into wedges to
appreciate the flavor of Saffron.

Ingredients: raw sheep’s milk, natural rennet,
saffron, salt and lactic ferments.

Maturation: 4-6 months.
